Plan B’s director Rajvinder Kaur Uppal has enjoyed an eclectic career working with individuals and businesses spanning three continents.

Working in managerial and consultancy roles for various NGO’s and also roles that specialised in equality and access. Rajvinder then transitioned to the film and television industry where she worked as a development executive and producer in both the UK and Canada, where she resided for 10 years.

Having subsequently travelled extensively between the two countries, as well as India where she holds residency status, Rajvinder has built up an unparalleled understanding of the benefits of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

A career break in 2014 allowed Rajvinder to begin MBA studies and complete her ISCP recognised Diploma in Coaching from the Centre of Coaching, London. Affiliated with the British Psychological Society specialised in the fields of Stress Management; Performance Coaching; Problem Focused Counselling, Cognitive-Behavioural Approach and Coaching Psychology, as well as a Change Management Practitioner qualification.

Rajvinder is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and Change Management Institute and holds citizenships in the UK and Canada and residency status in India.

In addition to this, Rajvinder has had articles on diversity and coaching published in a number of leading national and international publications and looks set to further expand upon this further with new commissions and the workshops/presentations she is able to create and run throughout 2018.
